Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with original tags.
- Include the original packaging.
- Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to send your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We’ll evaluate the issue and work quickly to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom jewelry or personalized pieces.
- Excessively altered pieces
- Gift cards.

Exchanges
For the fastest service, return your current item and place a separate order for the desired item once your return is accepted.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the return eligibility criteria above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
